Charming Poses of Baise
Swallows fly and warblers sing amid fresh sprouts
With sunshine after rain, in waves Chengbi River flows
Like a waterfall dashes one poetic stroke
Intoxicating with charming poses Baise grows
Flower Grievance
New branches are bathed in the breeze leisurely
Layers of mountains stretch far with echoing music and song
Floating life is like a dream in a tough journey
At fragrant petals falling on Youjiang River I grieve long
Precepts
I borrowed from the cool moon a wisp of breeze
To blow away my innermost surges
The past life could see me as a lotus
Bloom under the silver moonlight
Swaying and chanting in countless silence
The Buddha gazed with universal compassion at
Worldly resentment, pleasure, sadness and fickleness.
The lotus held tight obsession in the dark night
The starlight flowed as the sea. I waited for the wind, but it didn’t come.
On the lotus leaves, pearly tears going to fall
Made the lonely circle for the night
I was thus wandering around the world,
Putting my hands together, quivering.
In my silent pray, the wish was repeated thousands of times
That night, the wind didn't come.
That night, the moon looked pale.
Falling Lotus
At night autumn gets cool
In the morning, blossoms fall
The ancient song leisurely rings
Wandering in the lotus ponds, and on the hillsides
Oh, the breeze blows faintly
Skimming over the heart river of expectation,
Drifting down quietly,
The withered stalks that wrinkle a pool of ripples
Are the silent solitude of the
Lotus pickers after harvests
